What the Job Involves
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment, engagement, and retention of in-house foster carers. You will work closely with foster carers to ensure effective placement matching and sufficient support. Your duties will include coordinating foster carer activities, organizing appreciation events, facilitating support groups, and designing feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery. You will also maintain systems to monitor carer availability and needs, and collaborate with social workers and managers to provide additional support where necessary.
