Who You Are
We are seeking a skilled and confident practitioner with substantial post-qualifying experience. You should be able to manage risk effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment and be motivated, resilient, and committed to improving outcomes for children and families. You are knowledgeable about strengths-based, relationship-led practice and ready to bring energy, compassion, and professional curiosity to the role every day.
What the Job Involves
As a Senior Social Worker, you will carry out high-quality assessments that inform meaningful plans for children and families. You will work confidently in challenging and sometimes complex situations, ensuring children's safety remains at the centre of every decision.
