As an expert in NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) eligibility, you possess profound knowledge of the lawful limits of local authority provision under section 22 of the Care Act 2014. Your experience includes extensive completion of CHC assessments and utilization of the Decision Support Tool (DST) in various settings.
What the Job Involves
You will serve as a core member of the multi-disciplinary team, representing the local authority's perspective. Your role involves constructively challenging decisions to ensure robust decision-making and considering potential joint funding arrangements.
