What the Job Involves

This role involves managing a caseload of children, including those with Children Looked After (CLA), Child Protection (CP) plans, Children in Need (CiN) plans, and conducting Child and Family (C&F) assessments. You will handle both private and public proceedings and respond to panel requests. Additionally, supporting less experienced staff in their development will be a key part of the job.
