What the job involves
In this role, you will be responsible for being the Council's main expert in all aspects of adults, children, and education law litigation. You will provide expert representation and advice, supporting the Council in its legal functions. Additionally, you will manage, lead, and develop a team of safeguarding and social care lawyers, ensuring high-quality legal services are consistently delivered. Your role will also involve providing advisory support on specialist legal areas and related projects.
