What the job involves
The role focuses on the implementation of the Priority Improvement Action Plan to drive strategic transformation of SEND services and operational change. Responsibilities include translating multiple improvement plans into a coherent strategic action plan, data cleansing and dashboard creation, reviewing governance and quality assurance arrangements, engaging with stakeholders, and mitigating risks. The role necessitates proactive engagement with parent-carer forums, stakeholders, and commissioners, ensuring cost-effective service delivery and accountability.
