You are an experienced Social Worker with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. You have a passion for making a positive impact on children and their families, improving their safety and well-being. You thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment and understand the importance of a child-centred approach. You are committed and dedicated to delivering high-quality services. A valid driving license and full enhanced DBS are required.
What the Job Involves
As a Social Worker in Cardiff within the East Locality, you will handle a variety of cases, including CASP, CP, PLO, and Court cases. You will be part of a busy, skilled team supported by experienced managers and colleagues, where hybrid working arrangements are available but office attendance is required for team support and engagement. You will benefit from a wide range of support, advice, and training opportunities, including monthly supervision. Your role will be essential in making a significant difference in children's lives.
