You are a dedicated professional with a passion for supporting young learners, especially those at risk of exclusion or disengagement. You have a strong commitment to inclusive education and lifelong learning, and you are skilled at empowering students to take an active role in their educational journeys.
What the job involves
As a leader in educational case management, you will coordinate multi-agency support, oversee alternative education pathways, and ensure timely interventions for at-risk students. You will develop personalized education plans, facilitate multi-agency meetings, and monitor student attendance and engagement. Central to your role is ensuring that students have a voice in their education and future planning.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Children looked after and or Early years
- Knowledge of SEND, safeguarding, and statutory responsibilities
- Excellent communication, coordination, and case management skills
- Commitment to inclusive education and lifelong learning
