What the Job Involves
This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of internal and external areas, using tools and machinery to perform regular and deep cleaning tasks. You will report maintenance issues, provide cover for absent colleagues, interact with residents, and ensure safety in communal spaces. The position requires travelling between local estates and handling physically demanding tasks. Adherence to safety protocols and excellent customer service are key components of the job.
