What the Job Involves
As an Early Years Educator, you will implement and oversee the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) for children aged two to five years. You will lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive and engaging curriculum, ensuring it meets the children's needs and interests. You will be the key person for a group of children, responsible for their developmental assessments, and maintaining high-standard records. You will also contribute to senior management meetings, organize educational outings focused on safety, and work flexibly within a multidisciplinary team at a busy Children's Centre.
