What the Job Involves
As a Customer Service Associate in the Corporate Hub at Lincolnshire County Council, you will serve as the first point of contact for District Council Services such as Council Housing repairs, and local services, including Libraries and Heritage enquiries. Your role involves gathering and processing information efficiently and accurately. The position is based at Lancaster House in Lincoln City Centre, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00, excluding Bank Holidays. Comprehensive induction and training will be provided to support your role and ongoing development.
