What the Job Involves
This position entails managing a broad spectrum of commercial properties across South East England. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate property data, negotiating leases, ensuring timely rent reviews and lease renewals, and managing arrears collection. You will perform regular property inspections, handle insurance calculations, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The role also involves producing performance reports, maintaining property conditions, and responding to tenant queries. You'll offer leadership within the department, embracing and instilling organizational values and culture.
