What the Job Involves
The main purpose of the job is to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Street Environment Services team, ensuring efficient delivery of operational and strategic objectives. This includes managing documentation, coordinating communication, and supporting service delivery processes related to waste management, street cleaning, and environmental compliance. You will be responsible for tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, photocopying, scanning, and handling customer requests and complaints through various channels. Additionally, you will assist with casework coordination, data collection, purchase orders, and public information distribution.
