You should be comfortable with out-of-hours meetings and lone working. A daily use of a car and a full driving license is essential.
What the Job Involves
This full-time temporary role, based at the Orchard Housing Office, requires a 36-hour work week for one year starting as soon as possible. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying vulnerable residents and collaborating with partner agencies to ensure safe living conditions and sustainable tenancies.
- Handling all areas of Tenancy Management: successions, assignments, mutual exchanges, and legal issues, including preparing statements, court presentations, boundary disputes, and property damage cases.
- Effectively managing anti-social behavior through proactive case management, negotiation, solution finding, victim updates, and maintaining detailed records.
