Who You Are
We are looking for experienced and passionate social workers to join our team in Cardiff, focusing primarily on Child Protection cases. You should be Social Care Wales qualified with ideally at least 3 years of post-qualifying experience in agency social work. You are someone who values working with children and families to achieve their full potential and are committed to making a positive impact on their lives.
What the Job Involves
This role involves working within our Intake and Locality long-term teams, dealing with Child Protection cases, families under Pre-Proceedings (PLO), and Court cases. You will collaborate with families to improve their safety and well-being, working within the Social Services and Well-being Act (Wales) 2014. As a social worker, you will play a vital role in safeguarding children and supporting and empowering families, ensuring they have the tools to create a happy and safe home environment. The position offers flexible and hybrid working conditions and comes with training opportunities and monthly supervision.
