What the Job Involves
As a Team Manager in the Placements Team within Corporate Parenting, you will be responsible for commissioning placements in compliance with statutory social work regulations and standards. The role involves overseeing the commissioning of alternative homes for children and young people aged 0-25 years. You will manage both social worker and non-social worker staff within the team to deliver a service that protects and safeguards children and supports their families and carers.
