Who You Are
You are an experienced and dedicated children's social worker with a focus on long-term care, court proceedings, and adoption work for looked after children.
What the Job Involves
This role involves managing long-term cases of children looked after (CLA), covering all aspects from regular assessments to legal proceedings. It includes working extensively with families and children to ensure the best outcomes, handling complex court work, and facilitating adoption processes. You will be responsible for keeping comprehensive records, collaborating with different agencies, and providing expert guidance and support to families.
