Key responsibilities include leading and supporting the Leasehold Services Team, managing complex enquiries and complaints, overseeing sublet management, invoice processing, and service charge billing. The role also encompasses financial responsibilities like income collection, stakeholder engagement, cross-council collaboration, and acting as a senior escalation point for sensitive cases. Your work will support the Council’s statutory and financial responsibilities while striving to improve the overall quality and compliance of leasehold services.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work confidently in person across Council locations
- Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation, billing processes, and customer service requirements
