What the job involves

• Work in a strength-based and person-centred manner to support adult wellbeing and independence.
• Understand the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding protocols comprehensively.
• Analyse information, assess and manage risk in line with relevant legislation.
• Complete Section 42(1) enquiries ensuring resident safety and protection.
• Screen safeguarding referrals for eligibility and provide signposting.
• Establish effective relationships with external agencies and partners.
• Maintain high standards of communication and documentation.
• Participate in regular supervision with access to extensive training.
