What the Job Involves
The role involves the cleaning of all internal areas of the school, with each cleaner assigned a specific area to clean on a daily basis. Areas may include toilets, corridors, staff rooms, classrooms, school halls, indoor sports areas, changing rooms, offices, and communal spaces. Tasks include sanitising toilets, cleaning floors, skirting boards, window sills, and hard furnishings, and emptying waste bins throughout the buildings. In some areas, the use of a scrubber dryer machine may be required. The role is term-time only, and all relevant training will be provided.
