What the Job Involves
The role focuses on leading the internal communications programme for the organization’s Next Phase of Change Programme. You will be instrumental in informing staff about upcoming changes, preparing them for transitions, and encouraging their involvement in the change process. You will work with the Internal Communications Manager and across various teams to enhance staff engagement and awareness of the Council's priorities. Key activities include developing content for internal channels, preparing leadership with core messaging, and facilitating engagement strategies.
