Who You Are

You are a dedicated and experienced social worker with a strong background in court work and adoption processes. Your expertise lies in handling cases from initial care plans through to final care plans, with a specific focus on permanence planning for children under the care system.

What the Job Involves

This role requires you to work within a looked after team, aiming to ensure the long-term well-being and stability of children in care. You will be responsible for managing cases, developing and executing care plans, and pursuing adoption proceedings as necessary. Your work will contribute significantly to the permanence planning process, ensuring each child finds a stable and supportive home environment.
