What the Job Involves

The role involves scoping and analyzing delivery models used by other Local Authorities in Wales and England, adapting best practices to enhance Cardiff’s existing Flying Start model, and engaging with potential Flying Start childcare providers. You will review Cardiff’s current model, maintain essential elements, and develop a robust delivery model that fulfills statutory requirements and ensures sustainability.
