As a qualified solicitor or barrister with at least three years of post-qualification experience, you are well-versed in complex possession, judicial review, or injunction work. You possess a strong command of spoken English and are willing to undertake advocacy in the County Court. You are committed to providing high-quality and efficient professional services, with a focus on business and solution-oriented approaches.
What the Job Involves
As a Litigation Lawyer in the Litigation and Public Law Team, you will manage a challenging caseload covering areas like complex possession, housing judicial review, and anti-social behaviour injunctions. Collaborating with Senior Lawyers, legal officers, and paralegals, you will provide legal advice, draft documents, conduct litigation, and undertake advocacy. You will also contribute to the operational management of Legal Services and handle litigation responsibilities as assigned.
Skills
- Qualified solicitor, barrister, or FILEX with at least one year's experience
- Proficiency in complex possession and injunction work
- Strong command of spoken English
- Proficient in office software
- Experience in litigation and advocacy skills
